What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations must be cancelled 14+ days prior to check-in for a full refund.
No refunds are given for events out of our control like weather, acts of god, and an illness that cuts trips short. This includes severe weather like heavy rains sometimes experienced during hurricane season.
Trip/travel insurance is an option for protection.
If you are within the 14 day window and have a concern about Covid-19, please contact us.
What are your check in and out procedures?
Check-in: Is at 4:00 pm and we cannot accommodate early check-ins. Our concierge team will email you the code to the key box mounted by your front door prior to your check-in.
Check-out: Is at 11:00 am. Guests are asked to wash all of their cups, mugs and dishes or a $50 dishwashing charge will bee assessed. Consolidate all trash in the trash can. Please lock the door as you leave, return the key to the lockbox and scramble the lock.
Why do you have a dishwashing service charge?
We are unable to complete the detailed surface cleaning protocol and hand wash dirty dishes in the time between guests. As a result, a $50 service charge will be automatically charged if dirty dishes and grill tools have been left. Dish drying mats and kitchen towels are stored in the cabinets and dish soap and dish cleaning tools have been provided as well. If you know that you will not want to do dishes, please bring your own disposable products or visit our Ironwood Grove Guest Guide for information on local restaurants.
What is your neighborhood like?
We are in an urban-neighborhood environment in the heart of East Nashville, where pedestrians and cars are part of the landscape. We are near some of the best restaurants and bars in the city - check out our guest guide.
Please note, we also near a train crossing, so you may hear train horns. We have provided ear plugs and sound machines, and our units have the highest quality Pella windows and door that insulate sound!
Can I bring kids?
Yes! Each unit sleeps at least 2 adults in queen-sized beds, and certain units are equipped a twin sleeping pad or a couch that flips down into a full bed. Pack-n-plays are welcome, although given our small spaces, floor space may be tight!
Can I bring dogs?
Sorry, given the small size of our spaces, we can't accommodate dogs at this time.
